Overall the place is clean and truly exceptional, it met the demands. Excellent co-operating staff provides an incredible service. The double room is modern and has a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and TV. The bed is very comfy, slept really good. The location of the hotel is perfect and nice, close to everything and nearby a tube station. Don't forget to visit nearby Cafe la Perla, they have best coffee ever.

The location was perfect and incredibly comfortable, to the islands by yourselves with easy access to a shopping street and a bazaar. The staff were excellent and caring and were always there to help. The double room was new-fashioned for the queen bed, the bed was amazing.

the room we had included a safe box, cable television, and a mini fridge bar. the personnel were very hospitable and easygoing and gave us loads of advice. it was based in nice building in a perfect and exceptionally nice location, very close to metro station.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible by metro and tram. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a great stay. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the food was delicious. The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely breathtaking, especially during Christmas time.

The wifi reception in our room was quite weak, making it difficult to stay connected. The size of the rooms was a bit small, but still manageable.

The staff is VERY ATTENTIVE, the breakfast nice, the location is nice short walk to the Istiklal avenue, Galata Tower, a taxi and galata tower, taksim square, wonderful eateries. The rooms are new-fashioned and spotless, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The bathroom looks large.

Thank you for a really great stay. The hotel is clean has amazing style and quiet atmosphere. Its rooms are fairly quiet with a double bed and terrace, as example as advertised. Overall good food, plus there is Cachi Lokanta Bar close by.
